What lovely young people to have in your business. We met the two owners who were so welcoming and obviously so very proud of their products and their business. From the time you step foot in the door the staff members make you feel so at home. The pretzel melted in my mouth and the bagels were freshly baked, light and fluffy on the inside with a lovely outside crust. My husband, who is not gf but is very used to eating lots of gf products was amazed at the quality of the products. not like cardboard as so many others I have tried. The pastry on the apple rolls was amazing. I have been a coeliac for 16 years and I have never found such delicious gluten free products as you will find at Glazed gluten free. I bought an olive loaf (never in my life have I encountered a gluten free olive loaf, it felt like Christmas) and I forget the name, but they have a Friday special that they bake, a beautiful sweet loaf of bread, recommended for French toast which I am so excited to try out!I cannot recommend them enough, I was so overwhelmed by the freedom to choose anything in sight, it was truly a tear worthy moment to feel that freedom again.Thank you to the amazing staff there for being so lovely! After finding out I had never been to a dedicated gluten free place before they were so excited to give me samples and show off how great their breads truly are.Definitely visit them if you are coeliac/ gluten free. They also offer pre order options so you can collect your bread all ready to go! ![]() Not only that, everything is made beautifully and there is no such thing as dense bread here! Everything is light, fluffy and soft the way bread should be.They make amazing coffee as well! I can’t wait to continue coming back for loads of bread. In the 5 years I have been gluten free I have never been to such an amazingly friendly place that caters to gluten free.
